The Form of the Beginning

The Form of the Beginning holds a single soft, fluid form on a warm terracotta ground: a pale oval narrowing to a point at the top. It looks like a seed or a droplet — the archetypal image of origin. As a metaphor, it points to the source of life and to feminine energy: the urge to create and the act of creation.
